CT Government Rip-off time on Merritt Parkway. No regard for motorists. I can't take it!

I commute daily on the roads of connecticut. It is virtually impossible to make good time on these roads because of Westport's lack of concern regarding exit and entrance ramps on the Merritt Parkway. Thousands of hours are wasted every day. Fix this now. You should be ashamed. How about a police officer that stops oncoming traffic so motorists can exit the highway?
