Gentlemen:
I live in a property managed by Acacia Village HOA. There are five (5) homeowners that are not paying their monthly dues.in this connection, among the dues that I am paying monthly, includes the uncollectible dues which is a burden to me and a rip off. Why am I suppose to pay for others.
Can you also find out if this property management have a business license to manage. Since I move in this house I do not know their physical address but mail my payment to a Post office box.
