I received a letter today from this company with the title: Periodic Report, Directors / Shareholders, Colorado Corporate Control #... Though it does look official I have my previous folder from this state showing I am not due yet.

This is, for some companies who may have a person with little experience reading these types of letters, a huge rip off.

Make sure you read these very carefully and have them reviewed by someone prior to making any payments.
