Billy is a DEADBEAT father-sperm donor. I filed for "D" 17weeks ago and he gave me $40 for childsupport

My husband is a deadbeat father. He can't hold down a job and when he has one he smokes up his paycheck. He is a crack addict. His family is very religious (AOH CHURCH IN CHAMPAIGN AND CHICAGO) and hid his criminal background and drug addictions from me. My 7 year marriage was nothing but lies, cheating and betrayal... While his religious family hid, lied and covered up for him. My 4 year old son has Autism and I believe it is from his fathers drug use. Our whole marriage he never put any of the bills in his name or paid any. He is a over the road truck driver and he would take his whole paycheck in advances and come home with no money. Half the time he said he was out driving/working I don't believe it was true. He has had and lost about 15 jobs the past year... He is currently unemployed but, collecting unemployment benefits using the kids and I as dependents and giving me $40 A MONTH. I owned a $200,000 house before our marriage. Since I filed for divorce, him and his family are trying to get half of my equity. This is the worst mistake I have ever made... Getting married to him.
