Enforcing child support when child lives with me

In Sept. Of 2009 I received a declaration that California was declaring child-support from me. Our 8 yr-old child existed together with her father in Hartford AL. Within our ultimate thinking of breakup we decided that no celebration owed child-support it was submitted in April. At that time my ex husband existed in Al received California advantages all while my child was participating college in Al; that will be illeaga!!! There is no analysis against him however. I had been 8 weeks pregnant once the child support attorney explained that I'd to pay for child support. I lived in Tennessee. Today my child lives with me in Tennessee child-support garnished $2415 but still promises I owe $3000. HOW IS THAT FEASIBLE? I've been about the telephone using the government, Child Support Administration, and who actually otherwise I will obtain a your hands on. I'm likely to create articles towards the main news-papers concerning the CSE and seent a duplicate of the posts towards the Florida State Senate. I do want to document case from the condition. This really is wrong I've read a lot of grievances about CSE, if enough proof is supplied like a team anything may be completed. I know that being an person I've approached several resources to obtain the ball moving with this If ANYBODY has been HARMED from the CSE I would like to understand.
