They do nothing!

I CAN'T get these folks about the telephone to accomplish an appointment which is really a required area of the software preocess. I've been on-hold from 2:00 nowadays (the time I get free from university) until 5:00 once they shut and was on-hold the whole period. They behave like different individuals period is nothing. Today I've to invest 3 hours on-hold tomorrow and wish I cope with, although I probably wont. Looking to get ahold of those individuals is almost impossible plus one ought to be completed.
