Post Office Stopped Delivery W/O Prior Notification

Your normal mail provider has abruptly created an issue with this puppy, after three years. He was our provider whenever we got her at 10 months. Up to now, we obtained no clarification, why he instantly seems our puppy is harmful. She's no use of the leading of the home & it's ensured, she can't escape. It was unexpected & today the Postoffice has didn't provide our email again. It has been continuing for 3-4 weeks & we still have no idea why. We've been provided choices, PO Box, forward to a different tackle for 1 year or eliminate our puppy! 15 years within the same home? NOT GOING TO OCCUR, SOME OF IT! Just how can they are doing this? What allows them the best to put on email, without notice, clarification or cause of any sort? I've been confronted with police force, I are in possession of 2 weeks to find how I'll obtain my email, then following the 14 days, they'll continue by delivering all of the mail back again to sender! I can't think USPS has this sort of expert! Should not this be viewed robbery of email, intrusion of privacy & breaking our privileges?! I'm in a crossroads & have no idea how to proceed. Can somebody recommend? Cheers
