Better Business Bureau BBB did not post complaint on business

Went through all the process that the BBB requires to try and get my money back from a company that ripped me off with no success and the better business bureau didn't even put a negative report on the company. One of the reasons I did business with this company was the fact that the bbb didn't have any negative reports on the company so needless to say don't trust the better business bureaus reports on company's. It seems there being paid off.
