The public should be aware of a very violent, dangerous, heartless psychopath who unfortunately due to poor budget cuts in The Illinois Department of Corrections will be released in March early after escaping prior in September because all criminals are given day for day while in jail cutting their sentence in half. Darnell Washington is not only a womanbeater, retail theft king, kidnapper, con artist, rapist, and potential killer who is manipulating our court system unjustly. He tortured me, raped, beat me in the head and with objects for 8 hours and kidnapped me on more than one occasion. Now after being released on parole this violent offender is not going to be on electronic monitoring. An order of protection is nice but for people like him longer jail times are better especially when they say their going to split my head open until the white part shows. But hopefully Mr. Washington will meet the right judge next time who will give him adequate time in his next stay at "Resort IDOC" and karma will come in effect.
