Doesn't give a damn about their users privacy

I am very disappointed with Facebook. My family's nightmare began 4 months ago when an obsessed and malicious woman created an account and started adding me, my family, our friends and relatives. The woman has taken FIRST my sister's photo, created an album and making malicious remarks that she is a mistress, a homewrecker, have a daughter out of wedlock, etc. My family and my relatives have reported this to FACEBOOK MULTIPLE TIMES using the Report/Block "FEATURE" but until today, that woman's account is still open to the public and she is continously adding our friends and relatives. Using another account (I blocked this woman from my account), I found out that she also took our family photos and posted it on her page as well. This woman created another account using a separate name and again, started to add my family's friends and relatives and sending malicious emails about my sister and our family. To top this, this woman created an account pretending to be my sister - adding several of her photos (we don't know where she got them from since my sister already cancelled her account) and then adding my sister's friends, me & my husbands relatives and friends. After the "friend" accepts the fake account, the original account sends a malicious email to that "friend".
Again - using the so-called FACEBOOK "FEATURE: REPORT/BLOCK", we've attempted to get this woman's account deleted or at least get our photos off the profile. I've allowed ENOUGH time for FACEBOOK to take action but after a month of NO ACTION, I've personally attempted to contact FACEBOOK using the phone# I found online: 650-853-1300, I've left SEVERAL MESSAGES, begging for a call back TO NO RESPONSE - YOU CAN'T EVEN TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. Seriously? A website with no customer support??? I thougt facebook was so huge, they can't even pay someone to pick up calls??? BULLSH*T!!! I've made them aware of how severe the situation was (my sister is currently suffering depression) BUT STILL NO ACTION FROM FACEBOOK!!! When you go to their website, you can't even send than an email. I don't think their phone number is even posted. I've also posted my anger about this situation on one of their FORUMS hoping somebody from facebook will take notice. There are many fake accounts in facebook pretending to be someone else, facebook must do something with this... It has and still is ruining our lives and facebook got no balls to do something about it!!! Facebook - if you don't protect the very people who use your website - this may well be your down fall!!! I am very disappointed with facebook!!! You suck!!!
