While using FACEBOOK (adding 'friends') they arbitrarily 'disabled' my account. Then to get my account back, they demanded that I "scan my photo government ID" and EMAIL it back to them! This request is VERY UNSAFE since email can be hacked. Facebook is putting people at risk for identity theft and should know better—so WHY are they requesting this? I did NOTHING WRONG, yet my Facebook account is being held hostage. They are ripping people off by putting their identities at risk! Any bank or financial institution will tell you that emailing personal information of this type is UNSAFE! Do not do it!!! Goodbye Facebook, you are scam artists.
