Condescending, sarcastic, false information being given, out and out lieing to family members

My son and daughter-in-law who live in Apple Valley, (my grandkids are ages 15,13 & 12), have been going thru hell this past year with the Foster Care system, my son and his wife have done everything asked of them: parenting classes, marriage counseling, drug and/or alcohol counseling and daily testing etc. The CPS worker is very biased against all of us and literally lies about things we say or do, I recently asked my son to call the CPS workers supervisor to request a family conference to get everything thats being said out in the open and on the table, and my son was shut down and denied this meeting. I then called the supervisor and immediately he was condescending and sarcastic to me, I had to cut my conversation with him short because I could tell he was not interested in anything I had to say. The CPS worker told me one time a few months ago that 'no one in the family seems to want to get involved' but now when I request this meeting I'm told it cannot be allowed. I've been trying to get involved but I feel they will not grant this meeting due to the CPS worker will get caught in some of his own lies. The last time I saw my grandkids they were telling me that their CPS worker was telling them things such as: my grandson is troubled so no one will adopt him and he could be placed in a group home in another state, he also indicates to the kids that their extended family doesnt care about them. He makes the children feel bad for no good reason and they have already been through enough. He uses fear, misinformation, lying all as tactics, and has kept this case going on for way too long. He's biased and predugical to all of us and obviously can no longer be objective involving this case. I am just at my wits end and at this point feel this system is failing miserably.
