Pa Unemployment
Rude, Reportable Customer Service - Question

Politics & Government

After calling the Pennsylvania Unemployment Office to ask a question, receiving notice that I had a five minute wait (I was on hold for 30 minutes), I had the misfortune of speaking with "Miss Stewart" She was the most arrogant, condescending, rude customer service employee I have ever encountered. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and she would not assist me in this matter. She transferred me to her co-worker, and after an hour of dealing with this company, I would highly suggest anyone in a similar situation to report the employee to their state representative for action. I am appalled at the deterioration of simple human manners and professionalism in positions that should require integrity and class. Although I was called back by a Mr. Stratford (who said he was her supervisor) I am not satisfied with the treatment I received today. I would like someone to review our conversation and discipline Miss Stewart to prevent anyone else from her horrible treatment of another human being. My vet treats my pets better than Miss Stewart treated me today. I have been an employee in the state of PA for 15 years, and do not feel I should let this behavior go unreported.

Thank you.
