Nightmare

This place is horrible, I filed a claim in Jan. They have had the wrong employer listed on the claim the entire time causing this to go all the way to appeals I have sent 4 letters and made 7 phone calls telling them and they do not care. We finally get to the hearing and the right employer shows up but all the information they have for case is from the wrong employer. I told her this and she said ok and proceeded with the claim. They provided me with no info from the employer and I did not even know why I was let go from the employer till the hearing. She denied the claim and sent the information to me with the wrong employer information on it. This is a horrible experience I would not wish on anyone. Giving people this type of power who could care less about you or their job is a big mistake and there is no way to do anything about it. You vs. The Government that is a long walk. You better prey to the lord you never deal with these people because you will be crushed at the lack of true ability these people posses to do their job.

Take all the workers you ever fired for being incompetent, and their is the staff at the Ga. Dept. Of Labor. This is why we need less Government in this country. If you could find one thing the Government could run I would give you 100$ and I am broke because of these idiots. I filed for a 13 week claim and got a job after 8 and I have never filed before but this program is not in the interest of the Tax Payer it is just another way for the government to say no and take your money.

The government could not run an Ice Cream Stand. Can not wait to see how this ends up but it has been stressful and very disappointing to deal with these people who do not care about what they do.
