Maurice Milord Group home employee stole my brother's debit card & got $7,000. Home was often filthy, food not nutritious!

I lived out of state when my mom found this group home for my brother/he has epilipsy & walks w/walker, wears helmet from so many falls. He can't work or take care of himself. They advertise a list of activities, group trips, "well-balanced meals" etc. Since I've been visiting there, twice I complained about the bathroom sinks being filled with nasty water which wouldn't drain. The bathroom floor was filthy. The house is dark & depressing.in February, they were without heat (during the snow-days) for at least 10 days (waiting on a part for the unit???)
