River Reach Apartments Naples, Florida entering to the rental place without notice, severe roach infestation for 5 weeks

Severe roach infestation in the last 4 weeks, but it is still ongoing problem. The management treated, but they are not cooperative, they do not want to exterminate, offering relocation without guarantee that we will not have the same problem again.
Also they entered to the pation and apartment without any type of notice, on the 2nd floor unit, daytime, while my family was home and they scared terrible.
