I have Stage 3 Brain Cancer, I started receiving my SSI checks in the amount of $449.34 about 6 months ago.
In Feb. 2010 I noticed something wrong with my account. The balances looked wrong.
In the beginning of the month I received my normal deposit but the balances still didn't jive. I spent most of the month in bed, ill. Just let it go by.in March I still noticed it and started asking questions. I was immediately shut down by the customer service department. They had every excuse in the book. I can't tell you anything about your account except for the past 10 days. I don't have internet access and can't see what you are seeing, I don't have a supervisor. I don't have a fax, I don't have an email address to send any proof I had to anyone but a mailing address. This could take up to 6 weeks to clear up. I live day to day on minimal funds. What the hell did they do with my money.
