Az Child Support is ripping me off

I was ordered to pay $851 a month in '95 for two kids. I was living in Fla at the time and after they got their fees it was $262 a week. My best paychecks at that time were rarely over $400, so of course every week anywhere from $60 to $100 a week was going into arrearages and gaining interest. I also had a son of my own to raise who was 5 yrs old. I filed a motion to modify in '98 or '99 only to have Ch Support tell me 5 mos later that it had been 'lost.' I was finally able to get a motion to modify passed in '01 AFTER having to move back to Az, and my payments dropped by 54% that day. Unfortunately, I was tens of thousands of dollars in arrearages by then. The years rolled by, and I continued to pay at least $500 a month as the interest on my arrearages caused the amount to skyrocket! By middle of I had payed $53,000 so far, and was a mind-blowing $121,000 in arrearages!!! I would make my $522 monthly payment, and my bill INCREASED $1200 a month!!! Even my meth-head ex thought this was insane, and she was kind enough to sign off $57,000 in interest, bringing my arrears down to $62,000. Here I am a few months later, PAYING, mind you, and I am already $66,000 in arrearages. I filed a motion last Aug in hopes of getting some relief as my income had dropped due to the economy. Not only was I treated like a deadbeat dad by the young female judge, but my payments were in fact, raised. Once again, I am looking at losing my place to live. I've already had to sell my 20 year old car, and my meth-head ex is making it very clear on a daily basis what a lowlife I am... As I work 60 hours a week. This is absolutely insane... She lives in a Section 8 house that we the taxpayers get to pay for, gets $500 a month in food stamps, and has FOUR known meth-heads living in the house... 2 of which are living in the garage!!! I need help!!!
