Ms. Zarro, Mr. Colluzzi unfair child support amounts creating arrearages since day one, problems with IRS, withholding orders taking 50 to m60 percent of income

Since the very first child support order my order has been made for more than what could legally be taken creating an arrearage. After a period of time including loss of jobs and periods of recovery from surgery i have incurred over 30,000 in arrearages. I have had 50% of my pay taken via withholding orders sometimes 60% when I reside in Massachusetts. I have been forced into homlessness several times and required to move back home with parents in Massachusetts.

My daughter at the age of 16 wanted to move in with me and we went through the process and when the final hearing happened my ex-wife didn't show up for hearing. My attorney thought we would get a favorable ruling because in the reverse situation I would of been ruled against if I didn't show up for hearing. The referee refused to take the child away from her mother. So the hearing was rescheduled for another day. My experiences with FOC is discrimination at every step of the process. My children are now over the age of 18 and all I am paying is arrearage.

I have been out of work for 1.5 years for recovery od several back surgeries in last year. I found a job for 24 hours week at 8 dollars hour without benefits. My old withholding order was issued to the company when I was paying child support. It requires me to pay 1100.00 month. My ex gets 111.00 a week from my check and I get 74.00. I have the IRS threatening to place a lien on bank account and property because of the scraps the FOC left me all these years. I could not afford to pay taxes on the 40 to 50 percent they left me all these years. My ex works and earns much more money than i do for this entire period of time.
