Don't rent from William Call either, he wrote me a one year lease, never gave me a copy, took a deposit on an apartment that should be condemned, he expected me to fix and clean his broken down place, I steam cleaned a carpet that should have been thrown out removing filth akin to sewage from it, repaired defective tube and post Romex wiring with no grounds on most of the lighting and outlets, endured two months of pounding as his crew attempted a siding hobby project on the home, his other tenents harassed me, then he locked me out, keeping a deposit I should not have paid him in the first place, and kept over $2000 of my property. Oh and I am handicapped, nice guy this. He also runs a HVAC business Brennan Associates and it looks like they changed their website link, probably because I told others about his crap:

I'd say if you can't maintain a home or make botched repairs as was done in this death trap, I'd also avoid doing business with Brennan Associates. The link is valid, you can also do a google search on Brennan Heating Cleveland and pick it up that way. This one property was at 1274 West 102nd Street. It never ceases to amaze me how many slum lords there are out there.
