Don't rent from William Call either, he wrote me a one year lease, never gave me a copy, took a deposit on an apartment that should be condemned, he expected me to fix and clean his broken down place, I steam cleaned a carpet that should have been thrown out removing filth akin to sewage from it, repaired defective tube and post Romex wiring with no grounds on most of the lighting and outlets, endured two months of pounding as his crew attempted a siding hobby project on the home, his other tenents harassed me, then he locked me out, keeping a deposit I should not have paid him in the first place, and kept over $2000 of my property.in addition he has people renting from him Kenneth Morris Banks III and his wife Julie Huard/Banks in the lower unit selling and using drugs. We had people coming over there purchasing and using drugs at all hours of the day and night and Call could care less about it. Oh and I am handicapped, nice guy this.

It never ceases to amaze me how many slum lords there are out there.
