My entire family including minor children need to apply for our first Passports. My children do not get home from school until 4:30 pm. So it is necessary for us to process our applications on a Saturday. I was told in August to call back on September 23. I called on September 22 and was told they were booked up for all Saturdays in October and to call back again at the end of October. Why? To be told again that they are booked up? Why can't they make the appointment for November or December? At some point she took appointments for September and October.

In August I was told by the Brewster Post Office that there was another location that took walk ins. But the Brewster Post Office is closer to my home.

I feel I am being inconvienenced so that I will make an appointment elsewhere. I am more than willing to make an appointment a month or two months in advance but it is not fair to be told to continuosly call back.
