Was supposed to be charged $1.95 for shipping and handeling for their grants software and checked bank account after not receiving anything from them and noticed that they had taken $58.76 from my account. Called the customer service and was told that that was the cost for the program online. Did not authorize the $58.76 to be taken from my account.
