Shocked to be Scammed

I was shocked to check my online bank account and find that money had been Stolen from my account!

I was searching for a Government Grant and was told I would be charged $1.95 for processing, which was fine with me. I entered my information.

When the charge of $38.21 was deducted from my account to a company that I had never heard of (therefore never signed up with), I was stunned.

The Government grant site is grants360.com.
The company it is affiliated with (who stole from me) is taxrefundguide.com

When I called their support line, I was told that I had to send an email to request reversing the charges. The email account was defunct. I cannot get in touch with them.

How can they do this?! I am outraged.in this day and time, every penny is valuable to me.
