ClubSave, Buynowforless.com, these guys sneak your credit card number somehow. Piggy back it to a legit order?

I noticed these 19.82 dollar charges on my business checking account. I know it is some kind of scam because I don't join clubs of any kind for any reason. On top of that this is for my business and thus has to be kept clean just for customer deposits and business related purchases.
I called their number but they refused to refund me the total $130.00 or tell me what the supposed thing I had purchased was that supposedly signed me up for their "club".
If they are legal it is a typical unethical scam. I think it is a fraud ring of some sort.
I have my card company doing a fraud report and reissuing me a new card. Who knows if they have some way around that as well.
