Shooting in park, gang graffiti everywhere, mngt. NEVER there, office always locked, CRIMINALS to boot, ask around!

If you are searching for information on Mosby's Point in Florence, Kentucky because you would like a nice place to live, please do not be fooled!!! Please take 30 minutes to ask a few random people you may see in the park, and find out about the management. You will NOT find a single person in there who is okay with them or their practices. Even if you happen to run into the man who lives in the park but works for the park as well, HE will even tell you to RUNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!! Please listen to me, and to all those who warn you against. I really wish there was something we could all do collectively to bring Continental Communities down, but unfortunately they seem to be pretty powerful.

In Mosby's Point, they have hired children to run the park, and they are constantly gone on "vacation" because their family runs a park in another state. They have an emergency cell phone, but it's long distance to call it (it's from Michigan) and they don't answer it anyway.
There was recently a shooting in the park, which was featured on the news. Google Mosby's Point shooting and you'll find it. There is crime galore, and lots of horrible things going on there. People there want to leave, but most just cannot.

Please avoid this park, along with any other continental communities park!!!
