Paid but got no certificate

Pity on me for not looking into this website first. I delivered for my boyis birth certificate for passport factors as well as taken care of "fast services". I also got the email stating all was established, etc... It was July 16th... Nevertheless nothing from their website. Because of all for that telephone #is... The main one I acquired (1-866-203-2777) got NO link, only a tone after which a remove. I eventually got an email through, but-don't remember how and today donot assume any reaction. I will NEVER suggest them-and might the same as to obtain my child's certification over time to obtain the passport.
