Modern Mom
Untrustworthy, unreliable, unbelievable, unresponsive

I too have fallen victim of Modern Mom's unresponsiveness. I have attempted to resolve my issue with them for the past ten months. They made promises that were not kept.

They did refund my $50 subscription, but since then Lolita Carrico had promised that I would receive a membership welcome package and goody bag "in about a week or two" — this was in October. I have yet to receive any package from Modern Mom.

After several follow-up emails to Mrs. Carrico, she responded again in January offering to send a goody bag. I still have not received a package from the organization, and I have only experienced failed attempts at reaching Mrs. Carrico since then.

My only hope for others is that Modern Mom, now under the hands of Mrs. Brooke Burke, has turned over a new leaf and adopted a better customer service ethic. Such a disappointment for a new mom to find a wonderful organization like this, only to be faced with empty promises.
