State of CA Department of Justice had put a warrant on me in 1996, when I had an artshow in Taos Art Museum. I found out when in Aspen CO with my family and called them from my Attorney new fiance's residence in Florida. DA Lennard Shaeffer from Van Nuys Court, told me that I was needed as a Witness against my former live-in boyfriend Roland A. Sharkey. He had along with Chiropractors; used my ID to stage accidents. When the check came; he would force me to sign and cash it; and give him the cash or he would dump my body in a Las Vegas ditch. It wouldn't be the first time.

I told the Detectives this and that he also held a lifeinsurance policy on me, on which he had forged my signature. Their response was to break the witness protection arrangement with the DA; and incarcerate me against a 20 million dollar bail for one month. A year later, the court proceedings had completed and I was free to leave CA with a three year probation, because I admitted to finding out about being a victim in this, being shot at, beat up, almost strangled, once in front of my son. After the three year probation, I was erroneously reported as a fugitive felon and this is still on my record.

Every time I send in a fee to have it corrected, I only get another copy of the report with the same mistake on it.
