Unethical and Un-authorized Charges from classmates.com

I went on my bank account and discovered that classmates, com had made a $39.95 charge on my account, without notifying me that a charge was about to be made for membership renewal. As far as I know, I changed my account to manual setting right after I signed on this website, it was pretty much an "out of sight out of Mind" type of thing as I was hardly on the site! It is very frustrating trying to find a Phone number to try to contact customer service. I called the number provided on my bank account, and all I got was a recording and was immediately cut off at the end of the recording.
My bank was no help either, I will have to call the bank back to request a federal regulation E form as I was Never informed of an impending renewal charge and my status was reversed from "Manual" to "Automatic" without my prior knowledge, a common practice for this website i
