Our family has also been had by Heritage Specialty Dogs. She sold us a service dog that would do nothing stated on the contract. She said this was normal and they would come around after adjusting. The problem is that Mary never answers her emails. Her training is pitiful. The dogs live in filth and are not bathed and groomed regularly. We were also unable to obtain any vet records. So... We paid to re-vaccinate ourselves. The dog we got was never house broken either. I think it is really sad that people like this take advantage of Parents trying to help their disabled child. It really makes me sick to my stomach. Even if nobody ever gets anything back from her the good lord will know her place. I don't know how this woman sleeps at night. Please people, stay away from this company!!!
