Dog to skittish to work as a service dog!

My child was to get a dog from heritage specialty dogs as a trained service dog for autism! Instead we got a dog that was so skittish you couldn't take him in public, he would jump on people and any men he would growl and bark at... So here i had this dog that couldn't be taken out or do any kind of service for my son because he couldn't be around others and i called hsd and was told she noticed that when we all met at a mall but instead of taking my dog than she did nothing just let us go on with him... I than called and told her he was getting worse and asked for help and i was than told we would just train another dog in his place mind you i had asked hsd many times for vet records and was told she had misplaced them and just got another story as to why she couldn't give me records!!! So i ended up finding out other than shots the breeder gave the dog as a baby he had no other care through hsd. So we ended up getting yet another dog and this dog was much better more laid back but he had been with someone else and not hsd and yet agian no vet records nothing agian and i also had to potty train him as well... Other than maybe some basic house manners and obidence he wasen't trained in anything we had agreed on he would be trained in... I was told the day we picked him up he still needed some work and we would meet and i tried to contact hsd and got reason after reason why we couldn't follow up and meet now months later still no meeting and i am still waiting but dont see it ever happening!!! There is alot more to the story but i dont have a week to type it all just be aware of this company and runnnnnnnnn with your cash far away
