Classmates.com
Continues to take money

I have repeatedly tried to end my membership with Classmates.com but have not been successful, Classmates.com still takes money out of my account and has caused me to be in the negative, I can only close my bank account and get a new debit -credit card to stop this site from continuing this behavior, there is no phone number to reach them or anyway to send them a certified letter, they make it impossible to get something sent over the Internet to stop them from taking money from me, they need to be accountable for causing havoc.
