Has anyone NOT have had trouble with these people? Victimized many consumers

My daughter just turned six and her father owes me over $10,000 in back child support. You would think the friend of the court would make him answer to this. Especially when I have been calling and requesting a show class hearing for the last two years. I've been down to the friend of the court twice in the last six month. (Parking tickets both times)! And to no avail! Numerous people I Have talked to have had nothing but problems. A girl I work with keeps having a hold put on her account and they cannot tell her why.

Her nieghbor just went down for a showcause hearing with her ex and they basicly rudely told her there was nothing they could do for her because her husband was working under the table. Aguy I work with had a hard time in getting the friend of the court to take his money. They 1st told him no personal checks after he sent one and cashed it anyways, then told him to send it to Lansing who sent it back to him and said to send it to the address in Detroit.

Him and another employee of mine had to go down town to even talk to someone. One out of the three of us acually got what they were told. Another fellow at work has had over $7,000 taken from his check after his son has turned of age all in the process of hiring a lawyer and going to court and having them say there is nothing they can do for him it has to go through the friend of the court. He STILL does not have this taken care of. Who are these people friends of anyways?
