Ripoff mistreated and ripped off screwed others too

As usual, I was in desperate financial need when I finally received my monthly FOC check. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was only for 1/2 of what was owed me. Since my child support is on a set garnishment of my ex-husband's salary, I know he paid it, so where is the rest of my money?

We single parents have children to raise, and we desperately need these people to do their jobs. I am tired of hearing how over-worked and short-staffed they are.in the dozens of times I have been down to the Friend of the Court, I have not seen anyone there working hard or overworked; in fact that only thing that is overworked at the Friend of the Court are the bad attitudes of the people working there. When are the politicians in this state going to stop paying lip service to this problem and actually do something.

If Frient of the Court personnel would fix the system and do their jobs correctly the first time around, they would, in fact, have far less work to do. This system was broken when my mother was trying to collect for her children; nothing has changed. We all need to rally downtown and picket the Friend of the Court!!!
