Wrongfully terminated after general manager refuses to call me an ambulance

I was the crematory operator at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks, Westlake Village, California, from 1/1/05-12/20/06. I have chronic kidney disease and on 11/7/06, I had collapsed on the job. The General Manager (Terrence Shotkoski) refused to call me an ambulance or drive me to the hospital.
Mr. Shotkoski yelled at me to go home and see a doctor. I drove myself to Los Robles Hospital in thousand Oaks, California. I was diagnosed with kidney failure, severe bradicardia, syncape and dehydration and had to spend 6 days in the hospital, two of those days in intensive care.
I filed a complaint against Mr. Shotkoski with the " Company Care Line ". Nothing was done to protect me as an employee and on 12/20/06, fraudulent charges were brought against me by "Service Corporation International." I was wrongfully terminated.
I filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against " Service Corporation International " and Terrence Shotkoski. We settled out of court in july.
