Alameda Sheriff's Department, Deputy Sheriff. Pretending to be a a federal inspectors, and trying to scare people to buy overpriced posters for department of Labor minimum wage postings of minimum wage

Two white guys dressed nicely pretending to be a federal agent or inspectors trying to shake down business owners to buy overpriced posters as compliance to a DOL posting of minimum wage. I called sheriff's office and a cop came and but did not do anything because she said that it is their, bogus federal agent's word against mine. I even asked another business owner to give the same statement, but to no avail. She said that she cant arrest them because she was not there when the crime was committed. What a lame excuse from a grossly incompetent, utterly lazy cop. Following her logic, if she at all, has any of it, but I seriously doubt it! She has to witness a crime being committed before she would act on it. I feel like closing down my ofiice in San Lorenzo and move it to another county, after the incident, because I feel that I am wasting my money paying taxes to this idiots in the Alameda Sheriffs department.By the way the lady cop is white.
