Misleading employees of procedures in procuring funds, and unfair workinking conditions

This is a simple case of me, a recently laid off security guard searchng for a job that, not only did I have the requirements for the job, but hte drive to do the job in a professional manner. But soon after I started it became obvious that getting donations from unsuspecting respondents at levels that I can say only as a moral and christian, were at the least demeaning and really
uncalled for.

But my concern is they (cdg) use thier own stats to determine who works and who does not. That is my problem. They suspended me for a full week without pay citing my low performance levels, just one day after I was comended for high sales levels. So as a result I'm due back on 02-27-09 to determine if I merit future employment.
