I am entering the court dates for both Police IAD and their witness informant "Neighbor" to prove that the cases show a pattern and a connection.

12/96.. I wrote a letter to IAD pleading that they put as stop to the actions of Cindy (neighbor) For protection of my minor children.

1-7-97 My husband and myself went into IAD to decuss the time limit on the investigation and to inform Lt Perkis about Cindy's actions.
1-15-97 False police report filed by Cindy to IAD, so she wouldn't have to go to IAD for a interview. "Lipstick on her window "Cop Lover Whore" I was IN WORK at 6100 Frankford ave Burger King at the made up time of events. I did notice Cindy at my Mothers house at her door, when I was on the 66 bus going to work!!! My two children were in the house!
1-16-97 IAD enter Burger King rest. App. 1PM with a packed diningroom and drive-tru. Harassing and yelling for the manager to surrender my timecard. If he did not they were going to arrest him. He was in fear and gave over the timecard that clearly shows It was IN WORK and ON the CLOCK!

Police then went to a teenage neighbor of Cindy and were going to arrest the female for the writing on her window at 1:30pm.
I wonder how many robberies were going on at the same time IAD was on a witch hunt in long tan over coats?
On 2/13/97 P/O Lochner and a female go to Burger King and sit and eat in the diningroom 25mins after the diningroom closed. P/O was talking to my fellow employees (neighbors)
I file for Protection against Abuse on Lochner from the advise of Capt Jeffery Greene IAD. Who contacted me about IAD going to BK the same afternoon. I told the Capt. That I filed on Cindy with 34st 11th st. He wanted me to take Lochner to the DA office at 34st 11st but they sent me to Family court. The Never had a case of a def. Police officer.
3/15/97 at 6:00pm Cindy enters BurgerKing and sits in the diningroom I was woking in the kitchen. I never entered the diningroom. She contacted the corp. And accused me of harassing and cursing at her. At 4:45pm I saw Cindy enter my neighbors house that worked for a MC Judge with her def. Court notice.
3/12/97 I was Railroaded by IAD and my former DA fired on the spot lawyer Keven.
3/25/97 CJC Cindy tells the trial commissioner that she is wating for her Cross/Complaint to be approved by the DA. Never has PPC taken a cross/complaint by a def!!! The DA did not approve the cross/complaint. The Trial Commish asked me questionst that were on the cross/comp. Are you sueing the Phila Police Dept? No! For all the good and hard working police that risk their lives to save you (Pointing to Cindy) and Me!
The Trial Commish stated I Know All of your Complaints and I understand them! Relisted til 4/29/97 room 408 CJC 1301 Filbert
Cindy tried to show the IAD report to the Commish but she would not look at it or listen to her!:)
4/27/97 I get harassed and burned by Burger King manage Kay.
Either I drop the appeal against the police officer, or I was fired. I walked out as he said your fired, because "you can't fire me I quit"!
4/29/97 Cindy and my childrens hearing infront of Arbitrator Kenneth Rubin ESQ. Cindy told the arbitrator the entire IAD final report and that it was over. And that she wants me to go to trial then to jail. The arbitator told Cindy to ""STAY AWAY FROM THE MINOR CHILDREN"" Cindy stood up and YELLED "I WILL NOT I DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU!!! Both were red face and yelling.
The Arbitrator order Cindy to Not even come within inches of my minor children, because she will GO To JAIL!!! The order is BINDING!!! Somehow the orger of Stay Away were rewriten and I have three copies of different orders that Cindy told the next Arbitrator Jonathan 7/22/97 that she caused the many orders to be writen for her!!! (Neighbor from the courts did that) This second hearing was due to the fact that Cindy shot at my puppy dog 6-97 with her. 22 handgun, the bullet was never investigated and sat in a folder at 34st 11 st. The neighbor that worked for the court was with Cindy at the second hearing. She left her job at with the Judge and appeared even with the Stay away order I had on her!

The accused has violated the Crimes code or other laws of the Commonwealth of Pa.in Phila County on or about 1/31/97 1700 Bridge st apx 2:50pm (Note match on IAD finial report)
The said acts were: Comp's daughter 6yrs attends the school where the acc. Volunteers. The comp. Is filinf on behalf of this same minor daughter. On the above date, time, & locations the acc. Engraged in a course of unwanted conduct towards the comp. Consisting of the following acts: Following the minor and her younger sister for aprx ten mins as tehy walkd home from from school. The acc. Walked apx 2-3ft behind the minors in silence.
Consequently, the minor would report the incident to the comp. After school. The incident occured more than once during the above period. The acc. Knowing these acts served no legitmate purpose, intended to cause & did cause the minor emotional distress &/or put her in fear of bodily injury. The police called. The incident stems from the comp. Filinf a complaint with the Police Internal Affairs against the acc's boyfriend.
