Debra Shaniingan is Nurse from Boston out here to work and she doesnt have a stable living environment and will try to be slick if you dont keep your eyes wide open. We used to share a one bedroom together after feeling sorry for her living condition in and around unhealthy/unstable motels. Anyway, she did not sign a lease since everything was verbally but upon entering we made a verbal agreement to give a thirthy day notice if she was going to move so i can find replacement. She moved out the end of the month without even letting me or the landlord know anything and the bad thing about it is that I didnt have her sign a least and besides that I was out of town on vacation when I heard she moved! How scandalous can this be!!! You guys just please beware if you are going to rent her a place make sure she puts a deposit down because she is not right!!! What goes around always comes around so watch out!!! God dont like ugly Debra.
