Here we go again, Now sheriff joe is going to be charging $1.25 a day for him crappy food. What if your not convicted will they refund your money? There are alot of cases that get thrown out because the DA's office knows they are bogus cases just to arrest people and get them off the streets for a couple of days.
When will we stop this guy?
