Anyone was stolen from ed skalka?

Ed skalka contacted me to buy knives in july.
Was referred from a friend like sure and honest man. He placed an order and never paied told a lot of story that sent first the check, then he can't stop the check he sent, maybe was lost in the hurricane of august, then he think the check arrive late... Now is december i think is too late to see my money!
He not reply to teh emails. He owe me over 2000$
i asked him to return me the knives he not reply. Never reply me at the phone
i want to search him and have my money if anyone can help me i really appreciate
