Sneaky taxes!

Charleroi, Pennsylvania voted ugliest town in America! If you like coal trains and listening to a WWII sounding horn blasts from the fire station at all times of the day and night this small little crap town is for you! Houses packed onto each other, 90% on street parking. The city and school officials are pathetic (They gave themselves a raise at the end of the year then increase the towns taxes/mill rate several months later). Forget about getting to work on time (They typically don't put salt down on the roads until the afternoon, It's a hilly little town too) this place has been in a recession since 1930's. More crime then it should even have (only 4 policemen), no wonder Mayor Frank Paterra cries out for the Guardian Angels (denied by the corrupt little city council). You'll also have to pay for years on a water runoff bill that never should have been brought into effect (rain water that falls from the sky and falls into the streets sewer system / the town is making its people pay millions for). Witnessed 1 drive-by shooting, 2 drug/money exchanges and beware of "Chuck" an old man that lives off of Lincoln Ave -he walks around town falling down on your sidewalks hoping to sue you for big money. I could only stand living there for a year I felt it was a very unsafe for my family!
