Business scam, check fraud, non-payment of services, unethical business practices

Myself and several individuals took a position with this "marketing firm" that supposedly raised funds for non-profit organizations such as ALS and the American Breast Cancer Foundation. We were all notified around 7 A.M. On election day that supposedly the office had closed.

The last check everyone had recieved the previous Friday bounced, which no one knew for approximately two weeks and by that time, the money was long spent. We have yet to recieve checks for the last week and a half that we were all there.

Lawerence Case will not answer his phone and will not return phone calls. Neither will Keith Certo. We found this webpage online and discovered other people have had similar experiences with this "company."

Apparently they move around, from city to city, and even within the same city, and change their names, rip off their employees and probably their customers and clients, and then close their doors.

They prey on young single mothers, fresh-out-of-college students, and generally anyone else that is down-on-their-luck. Career Builder and Monster are literally flooded with postings for these positions.
