Never getting thru to the access hotline

Ive been trying to call the access hotline for like a week and its always busy then when i do get thru they hang up on me i was told to turn in certain info to complete my case i did so but i couldnt turn in the shot record due to my medicaid was not active i finally got the appointment the medicaid just came back active today so its not my fault im trying to see if theres any thing you could do to help me i have 5 kids to feed and i need help asap please help me my case number is 1268192147, my social is 593058715, don 2-26-1981, my name is shonicka denise turner please help me asap my phone is 407-889-2465, email is shonicka381@hotmail.com
