Took Money to build a church, but has not made any attempt to do so

The pastor of this church has begged for money for several years claiming a new church would be built. He has tricked people into giving beyond their means, giving their entire income tax etc. The property was supposedly bought across the street from the church, and a date was set in 2006 then 2007 to break ground. Nothing ever happened.

When he was called on it, he told people they could take it or leave it. Most left it and he basically re-grew his crowd beggin for even more money. He has created hefty salaries for himself, his wife and his children. He has bought furniture, and cars using the church credit cards.

People have given thousands and thousands of dollars for the new building which will never come to be. This man seem unstoppable, especially since he constantly gives pulpit attention to the mayor and council of the city of Carson. It is rediculous how much money he has taken. People don't know what to do or where to turn. We feel like idiots.
