This Building is a nightmare to live in. I was a tenant there. There is no maintenance in the building at all. It is always filthy and unkept. They dont allow you to BBQ at all and the pool is a violation most of the time. The bathrooms and kitchens are constantly flooding on the ground floor and plumbers have to come in the middle of the night. It is roach infested and inspectors do nothing although they have been called. The building is inhabited by drunks and drug addicts that are constantly disrupting the other few quiet neighbors. The Phantom "condo Association" does nothing to remedy the situation of garbage, rats, and floods. It is overpriced in rent, and many others have started to move. If you are thinking of buying or renting there. Think Again, it is not what is seems!
