Erratic delivery of mail

By last Friday (August. 8), the postal shipping individuals have simply quit the email for this home laying on an open-front patio, where it had been noticeable in the road to any passerby who may desire to choose it-up and where it got rained on the day or two. I don't realize why the shipping individuals don't make use of the closed container which article individuals have now been applying for so long as I've existed below (about fifty years).
Recently (Friday the 13th), no email was shipped at-all within this stop.
