In March I found what appeared to be an incredible opportunity to strengthen my lead generation for my financial services business. I submitted my information and about a week later Rob Ruffino and I set a date to view a presentation to sell me on how a 'campaign' could be utilized in my line of work.

Value? I understood and understand that internet technology is remarkable. We're a rapid fire society. That being said, I saw value in how well the Fluent/Customers campaign would work in my business. I saw the value. I bought in!

So far so good. However... This is where my joyful experience comes to a halt.

I submitted $3300 to reserve my spot. My remaining balance owed was $10600. That's a total of $13,900. I was in the process of getting the money. I looked at business loans, business grants, and personal loans. All the while they called me no less than 20 times per week to be sure I was indeed getting the remaining balance. The final balance was submitted June 6.

Upon request, I submitted tons of brochures and information on my business. I provided all sorts of material to be used in my program. I also answered about 200 question questionaire was designed to be helpful in building my program.

Now, I was promised that my program would be ready, up and running no later than end of June / first week of July. That didn't happen. I called numerous times and emailed. My salesman is no where to be found now... And I'm only able to deal with the design team.

So, just last week, August 5th... I finally get a copy of my proposed campaign. Well, here were are exactly 2 months after the final payment was made and I get my campaign. What a huge discrepancy of time promised to time received.

Upon viewing I am extremely disappointed in the quality. It contains about. 01% of the material I provided. It limits me to just one product (Annuities). It is very unprofessional and unrealistic. They tell me they know best... They know... They know... And they know!

For all that "they know, " this program has nothing to do with my business and is not personalized as promised! My salesman told me that this program would filter customers to me, who would CALL, who would be ready to DO BUSINESS, and who would know why I AM the BEST FIT for their needs, and it would generate 58 NEW CUSTOMERS per month... The campaign created does not deliver even just one of these promises.

It is very cartoonish (just perfect when dealing with people's hard earned money... They want to pass off a 401K to the cartoon guy! Lol!). These contacts are supposed to CALL (as I was told)... They will most likely EMAIL (I'm now told).

It doesn't narrow the customer down to why I am the best fit for the client. It only offers to gather 3 quotes (from over 500 sources) (I'm just 1 source... So that's a complete LIE!). I gives no sense of value to the client only that the "Annuity Rate Finder" will find a great rate! That means... They aren't ready to do business!

I've also been told that there's no way they can say with any accuracy how many new clients I could expect each month!

Fluent/Customers overpromises... And doesn't deliver. I questioned them to no end on how they can sell one thing and attempt to give me something else. I am demanding that their product do exactly what is says it will do. I expect it... Afterall they set my expectations. They set themselves up as this colossal internet presence that would be the end of prospecting as we know it!

In fact, my salesman promised also that the $13,900 would be made back in just 2-3 months of being up and running. He also promised that within a year of using the program I would be make an extra $200,000-$300,000... On the low side! How's that for a dynamic promise.

How can one company be such a scam and seemingly be getting away with it? I asked to speak with just 3 of their happy customers... They wouldn't give personal info. So, I asked that they give my information to the happy customers and have them call me. They told me that was illegal too! I know better!

I could go on and on about how frustrating this has been. It has consumed many hours of my time. It has consumed space in my mind. It has used much energy from my reserve. It has left me for the first time in my life willing to seek legal advice to take possible legal action. This company is NOT serving the public properly and is deceptive in it's practices. It needs to stop!
