Fluent Inc./ Fluent Agency Deceptive Marketing sales Practice scam

I was contacted by Antonio from Fluent Agency following up from a year ago when I looked into this company that they had a great offer of $4000 off if I sign up this week. It was the holiday week of the 4th of July. Everything they sent me looked great on what they can do. I could not get a straight answer on the details of how this worked except that they would design a commerical on the internet for customers to view that are looking for my service and they will contact me and change my life. The cost to this with the discount was $11,900. All I had to do was send in the money and they would get started on the program.

This seemed simple - I said I wasn't prepared yet and they said just sign the contract and send in $500 to reserve the savings. I still could not find out how the program really worked. The billing department informed me that after the commercial is done it is up to me to list it with Google, or Yahoo and pay google or yahoo in addition to the money I paid Fluent.

This was never explained or mentioned but slipped into small font in the contract. They now want a 75% cancellation charge without them doing anywork on my commercial. I can see a cancellation charge if they had done work but this is rediculous.

I have seen countless blogs on the internet since my experience describing the same tactics. This companies sales tactics are a classic Bait and Switch. Their marketing may be great however the tactics are severely dishonest. Be Carefull.
